Pirnaksir also a produce of Afghanistan comes in golden yellow colour and doesn't have property of oxidation but changes it colour from brown to dark brown with ages and have very strong smell it also contains much more volatile oil then any other hings and has very bitter pungent used specially for flavoring compounded asafetida and also for making churans and Rajasthani papad's, bhujia's etc.It is also used by dissolving it in water. It is also famously called Raja hing in and around Rajasthan.
