This hing also comes from Iran, it is only hing coming from Iran in paste form but is not very popular in India due to its bitterness its pungency is also very bitter and is used only in north India. It has similar looks as of Kabuli and turns bloody red when exposed to air and has to be dissolved and filtered in water as it contains lots of impurities in it, It contains of much of sticky resin which makes it more flammable then other hings hence not suggested to be used as edible must only be used for preparing pesticides and other such products.
